Once a suitable appointment time has been arranged, a 50% deposit is required to secure your casting appointment. This payment can either be made by cash, paypal* (*additional fees apply), via our portable Visa/ Mastercard Eftpos* (additional fees apply) or via direct deposit & Afterpay online. All payment details & methods will be outlined on your booking invoice that will be sent to you once an appointment has been arranged. We also offer a flexible layby service to customers - please send an inquiry for more details regarding our layby terms. 

Yes we do offer flexible layby options to customers and terms & conditions do apply and are discussed on inquiry. We are happy to work in with our customers & what they can afford to pay each week, fortnight or month towards a purchase. No additional fees apply for this service. We do not take any impressions/ castings until at least 50% of the balance has been paid in full. We offer this layby service so that precious keepsakes can be affordable for all.

Flexible appointment times are available and are hosted at our home-based studio in North Lakes. We offer a friendly, comfortable & private environment where castings are taken. We do offer a 'Free' mobile service within the local area of North Lakes only, however we can travel out of this zone to other areas (travel fees) will apply. We generally find it best for our clients to come to our home-based studio so we can show them all of our frame samples and our massive display wall of frames. 

This will depend on how many casts are required however appointments are generally around 1hr long. This includes time to look over our frames, matt-boards & casting colour samples.

The best 3D casting is taken when the child/ baby is most relaxed and content. This is generally when a baby has just been fed, whilst feeding or when sleeping.

Castings require 4-6 weeks proper drying time (longer drying time required for larger 3D sculptures- eg. family sets). Once the appropriate drying time has been completed your castings will be prepared & painted before being mounted into your frame. The total completion time will vary for each individual project & what it entales. All of this information will be provided to you at the time of your booking so you are well aware of when to expect your order to be finalised. We strive to meet customer's expectations & will always strive to complete your orders within a valid timeframe. 

The client supplies a photo for the frame. This can be emailed & we can't print it out for you for a small fee. The client will be informed of the appropriate photo size required to suit their ordered frame. It is the customer's responsibility to get the photo & all other items to be framed to us prior to completion date to avoid any delays. Photos can be dropped off at our studio, or posted to us within a secure cardboard sleeve. If required an email of an image can be sent to us to print on your behalf. (client to incur additional fees for printing of photo etc.) We can also recommend some great local photographers who can assist.

All of our Quality Range Range Frames are made locally in QLD Australia.  

Our quality range frames are made using quality hardwood & are MDF backed. There are many different frame choices. We have a standard range & also an additional frame range to choose from. (Extra fees apply for the additional range frames). We have many different matt-board colours & 10 different casting colours to choose from.

Yes! most definitely. We strive in providing our clients with excellent customer service & we also make sure you are kept up to date with the progress of your order. This is something you can count on and is hardly provided to customers these days, so we endeavour to provide a customers with endless quality service throughout the whole process.

No, however once the frame and matt-board colours have been chosen at your casting appointment a 2 day grace period will apply where you can alter the choices as required. After this time all frame orders will be placed & colour/ frame choices are made final and NO Changes Permitted unless at the customer's expense.
